Our business is all about meeting our clients’ needs—helping them achieve their goals. Whether you’re looking for more space, a location closer to family, starting a new career chapter, or even selling grandma and grandpa’s house, we’re here to help.

One thing we want our clients to know is this: it’s completely fine if you’re up late, scrolling through Zillow at 10 PM, searching for homes in-state and out-of-state. (It’s fun to imagine what you could get for $300,000 in Kentucky, right?) But we want you to reach out to us!

Whether you’re just starting the home-buying journey or are considering a move out-of-state, there’s no such thing as contacting us too early! Many homebuyers are now doing their research online, and we’re happy to help guide you through it.

In fact, Data from Realtor.com between April and June 2024 revealed that 8.1% of home shoppers browsing Texas listings originate in California“*. The top states Californians are considering out-of-state include Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, and Oregon. It’s no surprise—Californians love the sun!

With California’s historically low housing supply, the market can be tough for buyers. In 2025, homebuyers are facing higher monthly payments, fewer homes available, increased insurance costs, and bidding wars. But here’s the good news: California properties are still highly desirable and appreciate over time. Real estate continues to represent the American Dream. While there are challenges, when you work with me to buy or sell, we’ll put 100% effort into making the process as smooth as possible for you.

Just think about it—if you bought in San Clemente in 1970 or Rancho Cucamonga in 2010, chances are you’re not regretting that decision!

If your goal is to purchase an investment property out of state or move somewhere new, let’s talk! We have connections with trusted agents all across the country and can help connect you with a professional who will guide you every step of the way.
