Transactions

We facilitate the use of transaction coordinators and review of your files to ensure compliance with California Department of Real Estate requirements. Transaction Coordinators organize contracts, contingencies, and deadlines within the contract. It is the second pair of eyes auditing your file.

With professional flyers, social media posts, and custom content, our marketing team makes sure that you look the best.

Instagram, Facebook, geo-targeted advertising, branding: marketing is a full scope enterprise. We want our agents spending more time with their clients, and less in Photoshop or Microsoft Word trying to format something. 

When you list with us, you can guarantee that your home gets the best exposure online and offline. Our proprietary marketing techniques incorporate virtual tours like 3D Matterports, landing pages, and retargeting to past clients. 

 

Coaching

You can’t always pull yourself up from your own bootstraps. Encouragement and motivation sometimes must come from the outside in. We provide in-house coaching to our agents so that they stay consistent, accountable, and happy.

James Baiseri is the Owner and Broker of KALEO Real Estate Company, a brokerage he founded in 2013 with a unique blend of vision, experience, and a commitment to empowering others. With a real estate career that began in 2004, James has personally closed over $100 million in sales across hundreds of transactions. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and specialty markets such as short sales, probates, REOs, and million-dollar properties, including complex partition, probate, and trust sales.

The name KALEO comes from the Greek word meaning “to be called upon or to be appointed,” reflecting James’ passion for guiding agents through challenging and transitional real estate scenarios. He built KALEO with the understanding that success in real estate requires more than just technical skill—agents need mentorship, support, and continuous education. KALEO Real Estate Company has grown under James’ leadership to a team of over 60 agents, collectively closing nearly $1 billion in sales across Southern California, from San Diego to Oxnard, Big Bear, and the Foothill Cities.

In addition to his brokerage, James is a highly respected leader within the real estate industry. He has served as President of the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS (CVAR), a State Director with the California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.), and is a President’s Circle Major Donor for the National Association of REALTORS’ REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC). In 2024, James was appointed Chair of the Legislative Committee for C.A.R., where he organizes Realtor member mobilization and advocates for policies that impact the real estate profession. His long history of service includes chairing multiple CVAR committees, including Commercial, Personnel, Membership Value, and the Realtor Action Fund Political Action Committee. James was honored as Realtor of the Year by CVAR in 2018 for his contributions to the industry.

Outside of work, James is a devoted family man, married to his high school sweetheart, Andrea. They love spending time with his four children and two daughter-in-laws. He is an active member of his local church, Church of the Open Door, where he leads Bible Study, and enjoys golfing, reading, listening to music, and weekend getaways with his wife. James’ dedication to both his profession and his community makes him a trusted and influential figure in real estate.
