5 Things to Keep In Mind When Getting Your California Real Estate License
1. Cost
There is a cost to purchasing your real estate courses, signing up for a crash course, and applying for the state exam. Once you pass the real estate exam, you will pay a license fee.
2. Time
Each course requires a minimum number of hours to study, so be prepared to study for a few months, take an all day crash course, and all day real estate exam.
3. Studying
If you have not been in school for a decade or so, then you may forget what it is like to study, prepare for practice tests, and cram for a big exam. Real estate courses require focused mental energy to learn the material properly.
4. Classes – Online or In Person
You can take real estate courses online or in-person. Some community colleges and State Universities offer the required course work.
