Early January is a great time to set up a meeting with us to discuss your 2025 goals. Whether you’re looking to invest in rental property, buy your first home, or help create a downsizing and estate plan for your parents, let’s talk!

The best way to accomplish goals is to commit to a system.

Do you want to sell your house?

Do you want to buy rental property?

What is your system for getting there? When purchasing another property, your system will include things like meeting with your REALTOR (us) to create a timeline, define your criteria, and discuss questions, as well as addressing the financial aspect of saving money.

If you want to sell a home, your system includes talking with your REALTOR (you see the trend) and preparing your home for sale.

Here are 3 things we want our clients to know in 2025:

  1. It’s never too early to schedule a meeting with your REALTOR.
    Often, we think people hesitate to reach out if they are “just considering selling” or still on the fence about a real estate decision. we want to meet with you regardless of what stage you’re in! Sometimes, answering questions early on helps you make better decisions later.

  2. Take news articles with a grain of salt!
    Clickbait headlines often scream that a real estate crash is coming, or the best cities to buy real estate in are all outofstate. Remember, real estate is personal, and real estate is local. Stay informed, but know that your decisions might differ from what the news suggests is right.

  3. The sale can be as stressful as you want it to be.
    What does that mean? If you want buying or selling a home to be stressful, it definitely can be! We are here to help mitigate stress and make the process as smooth as possible. However, often we can add unnecessary stress by creating “what-if” scenarios, setting unnecessary deadlines, or ignoring other priorities in our life.
