Both life and real estate involve a series of trade offs and compromises. Would you rather live closer to your job in a smaller house, or farther away with a longer commute, but an extra 1,000 square feet? Would you rather live close to friends and family or in your dream town? Would you rather remodel your home or sell? Would you rather buy a fixer upper and invest in sweat equity or buy a turnkey home?

When we meet with a potential buyer, we like to talk at length about your motivation, your why, and what your best case scenario is. Being your agent is not just typing up offers, unlocking homes, or doing the technical aspects of an escrow. It is taking the time to listen, ask questions, and dive deeper into why you are purchasing a home, so that we can help you accomplish the best possible outcome.

If you are on the fence about buying this year (and that includes you if you currently own a home and are thinking of selling & buying) ask yourself:
1. What are my long term real estate goals?
2. Where do I want to be living in 6 months?

3. Who do I need to help me get there?

The answer to 3 is us! You need a trusted partner, a REALTOR, to guide you there. Most home buyers and homeowners consider their property a financial investment. For many Americans, their home is their retirement strategy. A lot of Americans are coming to the time where they need to tap into their home equity either by taking out a second mortgage, or selling and taking the proceeds of their sale into their next journey.

Last week our office had new listings in Fontana, Azusa, North Hollywood, and beyond! We work all over Southern California and we can help you get from “I’m not sure where to start” to a closed sale.
