1. The Median Age of a Home Seller is 60 years old 
2. The Median Household size is 2 people
3. The Median Home Seller has been in their home for 12 years
4. Almost half of all home sellers are planning to buy again
5. Nearly half of all home sellers are Baby Boomers with a quarter of Home Sellers being Generation X (Gen X)
