The life of a real estate agent is more than showing properties, sending out offers, signing listing contracts, and coordinating inspections or appointments. Whether one of our agents helped you buy or sell 10 years ago, 10 months ago, or whether we just closed a deal, we consider us your real estate brokerage for life.

Behind-The-Scenes of a Producing Real Estate Agent

Here are 5 Behind-The-Scenes things that are in our real estate agent’s daily routine. These five things prepare and equip our agents to help you. When you call on us, we are ready to respond.

1 – We scour the MLS. We check out what properties are coming to market, scroll through the photos, evaluate list prices, and track when the homes close. We track statistics and local inventory so that we have a pulse on our market.

2 – We educate ourselves through classes, seminars, and company meetings. We host our Broker’s weekly real estate update and learn about topics like 1031 Exchanges or specialty loans like VA loan programs.

3 – We preview properties. Coronavirus changed the way agents see property with fewer caravans or agent previewing, but we still swing by open houses and physically go by new properties. There can be a big difference between what the virtual tour shows and what a drive-by reveals!

4 – We stay updated on new laws (like SB9 and SB10) and local news. Whether it is Gold Line construction, new businesses opening up, and housing developments, we are committed to having a deep knowledge of the areas you are moving into or selling in.

5 – We talk with other real estate agents. We are not surprised when clients know 5 other agents, because there are hundreds of thousands of agents in California. We feel honored to work with you because we know you have choices. We stay connected with other agents in and outside my office. We all learn from sharing experiences and stories. In a dynamic market where negotiations can change from week to week, networking bridges information gaps between what headlines report and what boots-on-the-ground real estate agents are experiencing.

If you are wondering what your house is worth or whether the market is becoming more favorable for home buyers, then call us! Our office line is 626-609-2130

This is what we do, and we love it.
