Kayvan Danford is an angel sent from Heaven. I was trying to sell my house in Covina and these investors were trying to take advantage of me by offering me way less than what Kayvan said he could sell the house for. I told the investors I’m going with Kayvan. Thank God I didn’t listen to the investors . Kayvan from Kaleo Real Estate got me a significant amount more than what the investors were offering me. He sold the house for almost 100k over asking price. Me being a widow, I really felt like Kayvan was looking our for my best interest. He helped me every step of the way. I trusted him and he performed. He helped me with everything. I have never seen anyone work harder to help an elderly person like myself. I’m so grateful.
