“WOW! What a pleasure it was to work with Melissa. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to purchase our very first home. If and when we sell our home and buy again, we will find her!! From start to finish, everything went smoother than we could have possibly imagined. At first, we were weary about buying a home, but she never pressured us – she encouraged us to ask questions and go at our own pace. Furthermore, she sent us detailed articles to educate us on what to expect on our first home buying experience which was incredibly helpful. As soon as we became committed to buying everything was so easy and fast, by the time we blinked it was over! Personally, I was pregnant with our first child, and Melissa promised that we would be in our home before I started showing — she was NOT KIDDING!!! From house shopping, to putting in the offer, she was efficient and calm. Always making sure we understood everything we were signing and providing great advice. She made the process incredibly easy and was such a joy to work with the whole way through. Incredibly patient in knowledgeable, this lady is a gem. She was extremely responsive (even late at night!) and always had fast answers to any questions or concerns we had. She is extremely resourceful and continued to check in with us even after our purchase to make sure our beautiful home is setup just how we want it. We are so happy and much of our incredible buying experience is because of Melissa – strongly recommend her for an incredible and memorable buying experience.
