Phil Shahbaz has been doing real estate since 2006, cutting his teeth during the short sale market when the market was toughest. Phil specializes in the hard stuff… Probates and Trusts. Phil graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Whitworth College 1996, and his Masters of Arts from Azusa Pacific University in 1998. Phil, his wife Amy and 4 kids live in Glendora CA.
