Kristy has lived in the San Gabriel Valley, Southern California for over 30 years and
currently resides in beautiful Glendora, CA. Born in Vietnam with a Chinese heritage,
she speaks fluent in Vietnamese and a little Cantonese, Chinese.
Kristy graduated from Cal Polytechnic University, Pomona for her bachelor degree in
Human Resources and obtained her MBA from Keller Graduate School of
Management. She is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors.
Her love for homes developed from witnessing the many home renovations through
her family’s residential construction company and how it transformed people’s lives
for the better. By having the support from her family and vast knowledge of the

Her passion for real estate grew from years of working as a short-term property

addition, she worked as a college career counselor for ten years and her passion for
