He thoroughly enjoys the adventure of the real estate transaction, whether it’s at the negotiation tables for his residential clients, or planning and strategy with his Multifamily partners. He’s a focused team player that keeps things light hearted in the often tense and stressful world of real estate.
A proud resident of La Verne, Jon describes the city as a magical place where you can see the stars at night and the morning fog rolling over the foothills, but also hop on the freeway to any adventure in Southern California. Jon is an avid cyclist and enjoys local parks with his sons and hanging out with them on the jungle gyms. He hosts the popular weekly comedy podcast “FANTASY HOUSE with Jon Shefsky” (basically a fantastical imaginary MTV Cribs).
