James Baiseri is a rare combination of vision and pragmatism. Licensed since 2004, James is the founder, broker, and owner of KALEO Real Estate Company. James has personally closed over $100 million in sales during his tenure as a real estate agent and has closed hundreds of transactions. His experience with the “boots on the ground” day-to-day life of a REALTOR inspired KALEO’s one-on-one education, staff support, marketing, and contract training in an increasingly DIY industry. James has worked in residential and commercial sales, with experience in short sales, probates, and REOs.
In 2013, James opened his own brokerage named KALEO Real Estate Company. The word KALEO is Greek and means “to be called upon or to be appointed”. KALEO has gone from 1 agent and 1 staff employee in September 2013 to over 70 agents and counting, and 7 staff employees as of March 2019.
James Baiseri served as President of the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS in 2016, a State Director with the California Association of REALTORS since 2013, and is an advocate for home owner rights and community involvement. He has served on the Board of Director for Citrus Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR) since 2012 and is a President’s Circle Major donor for the National Association of Realtors REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC). James has served on numerous committees for the California Association of Realtors including currently serving on the Transaction and Regulatory Committee and the Homeownership Housing Committee. Lastly, he has also chaired numerous committees for CVAR, including the Commercial Committee; Personnel Committee, Membership Value Committee, and currently the Realtor Action Fund Political Action Committee.
