I first became interested in real estate at the age of 16. I loved house hunting with my parents, and couldn’t believe that people actually make a living from it. It seemed more like a fun activity than a job. Fast forward three years later, and I’ve obtained my California Real Estate Salesperson License. Later on, I received a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource “SFR” certification, Property Management Master “PMM” and First Time Buyer Specialist “FTBS”. I practiced real estate while attending Azusa Pacific University. I received a Bachelor’s of Arts in May 2010.
I was born in San Gabriel Valley in Southern California. I love the area and started learning about the properties in it from a young age. I knew from the get-go that I wouldn’t set up my real estate practice anywhere else. I love the people, the gorgeous houses, and the pleasant climate. It’s truly a great place to call home.
My favorite part of a transaction is helping clients through the inspection and negotiation process, it is where all the dirty details of a house comes out and is when the client can walk away from the deal or close on it. Earning and maintaining my client’s trust is the most important thing to me. Whether it is educating first time home buyers, helping investors purchase and sell income properties, or helping families through downsizing, my goal is a 5 star experience for all of them.
