You can’t always pull yourself up from your own bootstraps. Encouragement and motivation sometimes must come from the outside in. We provide in-house coaching to our agents so that they stay consistent, accountable, and happy.



James Baiseri is the Broker and Owner of KALEO Real Estate Company. He was awarded Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS “REALTOR of the Year” award in 2018 for his community involvement, contributions to the real estate industry, and advocacy for home owner rights. 

James Baiseri began working in real estate in 2004 under a small independent. He transitioned to a Century 21 office in 2005 and immediately became a Top Producer for the office until he moved to Remax in 2006. Every year after 2006 he was a top producing agent and achieved Remax Hall of Fame Award in 2012 recognizing $1 Million in lifetime production. He became a licensed Broker in 2011, the same year he was elected to serve as a Director for his local Realtor Association, Citrus Valley AOR. His service to Citrus Valley AOR includes: 2012 Director, 2013 Vice President, 2015 President Elect, 2016 President, and 2017 Director. He also has serves as a California State Director for California Association of Realtors 2013-current. He is the 2019 Vice President of CVAR.
