She has delved into all aspects of the business: purchasing foreclosed homes, flipping, hard money lending, loss mitigation for defaulted homes, working to improve home owner’s loans and short sales. Sharron Jungman launched her career in 1977 by working for one of the largest real estate law firms and handling foreclosures, bankruptcies, and unlawful detainers for FNMA and GNMA. After that, she rehabilitated and flipped homes in the Pasadena area and ran her J & S Interior Design company.

Sharron Jungman hustles. She has got clients financed in 17 days. Closed seemingly impossible deals with specifications to fit the exact length of a 55 foot long racecar carrier. She works with medical residents, relocation between states, short-sales and buyer’s who go through 19 offers to find that house they envision as their home. Building spec homes, trustee sale purchase, listing, and selling are all within her arena of expertise. At Keller-Williams Glendora, she was top selling agent in 2007 and 2009, most listings in 2010, top team 2011. Her certifications include Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, and e-PRO certified.
Outside of real estate, Sharron Jungman enjoys biking, playing tennis several times each week, bungee jumping, catamaran racing and motorcycling with her husband. She transferred from Keller-Williams Glendora to KALEO in 2014.
