When you ask my daughters how they would describe me, they would say that I am energetic and a go-getter with a nonstop dedication to making my real estate deals come through. In 2014, I made a KALEO record for being referred to a client, having them pre-approved for a mortgage, shopping the area, choosing a house, in escrow, and closed with them in a new home all in 14 days. In the KALEO spirit of “Moving at the speed of you” if you need or want to move quickly, I can help.
I love working with buyers because of the excitement and enthusiasm they have for finding a new home.
I am a Paws Forward REALTOR. What is Paws Forward? For every home I sell, I personally donate $200 to a local animal shelter or animal rescue in need. As a pet lover, I enjoy finding homes that accommodate their pets: need a big backyard, single story or fenced yard? Let me know! I am heavily involved in Operation Blankets of Love which collects used blankets for animal shelters. I am a Business Ambassador for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. I know that having your family or pet in the house is what makes a house a home. I am also a member of the Pet Realty Network and love to connect with buyers and sellers who love pets like me.
Before becoming a Realtor, I owned and managed a German specialty bakery in downtown Glendora. As a previous small business owner, Broker’s Assistant, Transactions Coordinator and a notary public, I have exceptional insight into the logistical and paperwork aspects of a purchase or sale of a home.
I lived in Glendora for 15 years and now live in Upland. Because my daughters go to school and play sports in Glendora, I know the cul-de-sac’s, the flow of traffic, the school district, and the nuances of different neighborhoods. I specialize in residential real estate in the Foothill Corridor including Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont, Upland and extending into Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Rialto.
I am the proud mother of a University of Redlands student and know how important it is for parents to make sure their kids have a good living situation during college. If you are looking to purchase a home for your child to live in during college, or purchase an investment property to rent to college students, don’t hesitate to call me.
Outside of real estate, I love taking care of my dogs, including Sadie who is a rescue dog. Though I don’t sell chocolate chip cookies anymore, I still love cooking and baking with my girls, party planning and interior decorating.
